General Manager is held accountable for
directing and arranging all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location.
The General Manager manages the P&L, steers
sales, and provides leadership to all personnel
and processes for the center.
The Service Technician conducts
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds
with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve issues,
and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also recommends products and services and works under the supervision
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician completes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial locations. The
person in the position
also completes installation and service on IAQ equipment and
products, as well, and has the expertise
to understand controls and wiring plans
Customer Service Specialist handles customer
and billing issues with the highest degree
of consideration and professionalism to resolve
customer issues with a same-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with helping with
day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service office.
Dispatcher, following approved radio and pager processes,
dispatches appointments to Maintenance Technicians,
Installers, and Service Technicians. The person filling the position also corresponds
with the customer to confirm the customer is informed
of scheduled appointments, answer queries,
and to help resolve concerns. The Dispatcher
effectively plans and routes the most ideal
technicians following established company procedures.
